Wisteria Tunnel |
Flowering trees hang overhead and the different colored rows spatter the garden. A participant of the pea family, wisteria is a decorative vine with around 10 different classes, wildly famous in both Eastern and Western gardens for its elegant hanging flowers and its decorative, winding branches. Different types and colors of wisteria have been interlaced through a cylindrical lattice that during the blooming months of April through May, become a fantastical flower wrapped tunnel during the yearly “Wisteria Festival”.
